Take off the Velcro cover

Your FlyHugz® comes wrapped in a protective Velcro cover, which keeps it clean and dust-free while stored and preserves a strong grip. To remove it, peel it back gently from one corner and go around little by little until it lifts away entirely.

And that's it, the pillow underneath is ready to use.

2Put it on

Place it around your neck

Open the pillow up and rest it behind your neck, checking that it stays centered. Bring both front edges together and close them with the Velcro, so your head is gently held in place from every side.

Then lean back, shut your eyes and let it support you the entire way, with no more head flop.

3Keep it fresh

Wash the cover & clean the foam

Freshening it up is simple. Unzip it, slide the soft cotton cover off and machine wash that cover on a gentle cycle.

  • Clean the memory foam using a damp cloth or wipes, and never soak it.
  • Air dry it always, far from direct sun, heat and tumble dryers, since high heat can ruin the foam.
  • As soon as everything is completely dry, slide the cover back on and it's set for your next trip.

How do I take the Velcro cover off?
